Immerse yourself in a visionary sonic universe created from fragments of well-known XTC tracks – reassembled, shredded, and transformed into hypnotic avant-garde music. Released under the pseudonym "Mr. Partridge," these dub remixes were created between 1977 and 1979 and released in February 1980 on Virgin Records in collaboration with producer John Leckie.

Songs from the first three XTC albums, as well as B-sides and outtakes, are electronically chopped, layered, and manipulated, creating dark, dreamlike soundscapes that are at times unsettling, at times fascinating.

Cult status in Japan:

While critics in the UK were more reserved, the album was hailed as an "electronic genius" in Japan—and began to outsell XTC albums there.
