a) Recepción por mi parte del artículo en cuestión. 

b) A continuación procederé a reintegrar la suma pagada inicialmente por el comprador, es decir, el valor del artículo más los gastos de envío. Los gastos del correo de devolución van a cuenta del reclamante. Es decir, la operación global se salda con la pérdida por parte de cada uno de los gastos de un envío de Correos. 

c) Estas cláusulas, lo manifestado en los apartados anteriores, me parecen lo más equitativo para zanjar una discrepancia. El que no la comparta es preferible que se abstenga de comerciar conmigo.

In case of disagreement about the state expressed in the description of the article, in case of return, which I always accept, select the following order:

a) Reception by me of the article in question.

b) Next, the amount paid by the buyer will be refunded, that is, the value of the item plus shipping costs. The costs of the return mail go to a claimant's account. That is, the overall operation is settled with the loss by each of the expenses of a post.

c) These clauses, as stated in the previous sections, seem to me the most equitable to settle a discrepancy. Who does not share it is preferable to refrain from trading with me.
